Musculoskeletal Complications of Paget's Disease

  The most common complications of the structural weakness of pagetic bone are pain, deformity, and pathologic fractures. Degenerative arthritis of the hip, knee, ankle, and other joints is also common in Paget's disease and may be confused with direct skeletal pain.
