2003 JOHN G. HADDAD, JR. RESEARCH AWARD
FOR RESEARCH ON
PAGET'S DISEASE OF BONE
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- In 2003, The Paget Foundation is offering one research grant of $10,000 for basic or clinical research on Paget's disease of bone.
- This grant will be for one year, but competitive renewal is possible.
(A recipient may not receive a Paget Foundation grant award more than twice.)
- There must be institutional approval of the grant, as well as approval by a research committee from the institution.
- The grant request must include the Foundation's Application Form. This form should be attached to no more than four pages of 8 ½ by 11-inch sheets of paper on which the following should be covered:
- What is the hypothesis to be tested?
- A brief background of the subject, including pertinent references.
- The experimental approach and methods.
- An indication of how the grant might be spent.
- What other sources of funds are available to support this project?
- V. A final summary of the results of the study should be submitted within six months of completion.
- Three copies of the application must be sent to The Paget Foundation, 120 Wall Street, Suite 1602, New York, NY 10005-4001. Applications must be received no later than July 18, 2003.
